We recommend you have access to an exercise mat, Jump Rope, a pair of Dumbbells or a Kettle Bell and a Resistance Band. You will also need a sturdy chair or bench for some exercises. If you’re missing any of this equipment, there are usually alternative movements you can do as a replacement!
