What is different about the workout and exercise techniques in this Universal Strength Club with Al Kavadlo compared to other Programs out there?
It draws on Al Kavadlo's 15+ years of fitness experience as a published writer, personal trainer and group coach. You get a proven membership program, with new bonus videos regularly added, coaching directly from Al and all the exercise videos you need to build strength and flexibility. You start with a 7 day primer where all you have to do is spend 10-20 minutes a day for 7 days to already start identifying your weaknesses and building on them. You will also have a personal progress dashboard that shows you exactly where you are in the Program and the progress you’ve made towards your goal. AND you will be part of a global community that supports you and pushes you harder than you ever could doing it all by yourself!
Will I be strong enough to start Universal Strength Club?
YES! The more difficult movements are broken down with easier versions so the workouts are suitable for everyone - no matter what your current fitness level. You might not be fit when you start - but you will be when you finish!
How do I know which workouts I should do after I have signed up?
When you purchase Universal Strength with Al Kavadlo, you will sign up with a username and password. This is your login for accessing all the content on whatever device you like, whenever and wherever you'd like. Then just follow the program - Day 1, Workout 1 - let's train! Meanwhile, the platform will track your progress so you always know where you left off. Each week you will find 5 workouts and every one consists of high quality and straight to the point video lessons, so you can see and hear what you have to do. There will be varied workouts every day, so you stay motivated throughout the whole program. So there's nothing you can do wrong after signing up. Just enjoy the guidance through the workouts and train!
Do I need any special equipment to do the exercises in the Universal Strength Club with Al Kavadlo?
A lot of the movements use your bodyweight only! These exercises are designed for you to do at home OR in the gym! We recommend you have access to an exercise mat and a chair If you’re missing any of this equipment, there are usually alternative movements you can do as a replacement!
